Every shoot begins with a detailed discussion of objectives—whether it’s for selling, renting, or showcasing a property. For large-scale projects, I conduct a preliminary site visit to determine the best angles, lighting, and technical aspects. Once the budget and concept are approved, I carefully prepare the equipment—including a camera, tripod, drone, and stabilizer—and conduct the shoot with attention to every detail. The final stage is professional image and video editing, ensuring premium quality.

Technical Details & Editing

Final images are delivered in two resolutions: 7 MB and 15 MB, optimized for websites, catalogs, and presentations. Post-processing is an integral part of the workflow and includes:

• Merging 5-15 images into one for perfect exposure.

• Color correction, gradient work, and AI-powered cleanup for removing distractions.

• Retouching—eliminating dirt, smoothing textile elements, and refining the image to a premium level.

Depending on the project’s volume, editing takes between 10 to 21 days.
